Counties
Duties:
1)Services existing producers and establishes new producers by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential brokers.
2)Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential producers
3)Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans
4)Monitors competition by gathering current market information on programs, company features, new programs, etc.
5)Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
6)Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
7)Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending producer organizational meetings and conventions; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
Qualifications: Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships.
